Taste of London’s official champagne partner Laurent-Perrier has joined forces with exclusive chef partners for the festival, as it invites you to celebrate the 50th year of its revolutionary Cuvée Rosé.
Hosted in Laurent-Perrier’s eco farmhouse, guests will become immersed in the processes of turning field to fork, and grape into glass with a luxurious organic tasting menu and champagne masterclass, like never seen before.
Celebrating winemaking innovation, provenance and sustainability, Laurent-Perrier will join forces with pioneering farmer Igor Vaintraub of Indie Ecology alongside five of London’s most revered restaurants, including Adam Handling’s The Frog, Ikoyi, Roganic, The Modern Pantry and Club Gascon.
Each chef masterclass will transform ingredients fresh from the farm into an organic feast, with a series of mouth-watering and exquisite tasting dishes. Accompanied by Laurent-Perrier’s iconic Cuvée Rosé, guests will go “behind-the-label” and learn about the wine’s ground-breaking history, marking a half-century since the launch of Cuvée Rosé, the original “modern” rosé champagne.
For those not attending the masterclass, guests can be transported to the countryside, where they can sip the highly acclaimed Cuvée Rosé in the beautiful and rustic Laurent-Perrier Club House bar, designed to recreate Indie Ecology’s eco-farm in the heart of the capital.

Laurent-Perrier Rosé Masterclass with Indie Ecology add-on tickets include a bespoke tasting menu with rosé champagne pairing. You must purchase an entry ticket alongside your masterclass ticket.

How to book masterclass tickets if you do already have a Taste of London entry ticket:
On the Tickets page, select the Taste session you have booked, click “Already Ordered Tickets” and add in your order reference number and the email you booked the original tickets on. Then you can add-on a masterclass ticket to your original order.
